We must not forget to thank the sea. Its waves wash in and out with constancy. When there is this constancy, it can be easy to forget, easy to take for granted the steady part of our life - even the beauty of it can be overlooked.

Being nestled is one thing, being stuck is a whole other feeling. This rock might be either or both. Supported on the one hand, maybe held back on the other. Nietzsche says to live your life is to choose wholeheartedly, as though you have to live it completely unchanged, all over again. What choices would you make then?
